Our History

Set up a sales team, mainly in domestic sales of twin screw extruder parts.

Since July 2004 set up the Nanjing Ltd. Lesun screw manufacturing teams, mainly in the production of modular screw elements, barrel and mandrel. Our main service in Nanjing production extruder manufacturers, perennial provide supporting services for them.

Lesun began to explore the international market, when Lesun company participated in the K show in Germany.

This year is the quality of Lesun, regulate the entire production process, strict control of every process, to ensure that every one of the hands of customers are qualified parts, when we introduced the Germany advanced CNC machine tools.

In January 2009 we moved to a new plant began production, but we have a reasonable plan in the production process.

Lesun and the introduction of Japan's advanced CNC machine tools, in this year LiXun sales exceeded 20 million yuan.

In the domestic market, we have a number of modified plastics and masterbatch production enterprises in cooperation. (Eg: KINGFA, PRET, RTP, POLYONE, KUMHO-SUNNY, ISONO, SABIC, JUNER, SILVER, CHARMING, SUNWILL, A.SCHUIMAN etc.)

We also invested in a new R & D team, for the areas of our services to help customers develop new screw element structure, to enhance the distribution and dispersion of the material to improve materials for higher performance.

From Germany to introduce advanced high-efficiency processing equipment, resulting in China to open up a new screw process is truly synchronized with the European process.

We have owned CNC Machines 25 sets and will plan to import more.

Our new plant is already on schedule will be put into operation at 2019.

Our factory capacity: Screw element has reached 5000m per year; Shaft reached 1000pcs per year; Barrel reached 3000pcs per year.
